Notice of Public Meetings

The Laveen Fire District, in accordance with ARS 38-431.02, posts notices of all public meetings as follows:

Physical Locations:

• Laveen Fire District Office - 4718 W. Dobbins Road, Laveen, AZ  85339.  Posted on the southwest front of the building and viewable from the outside 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

A technological problem or failure that either prevents the posting of public notices on this website or that temporarily or permanently prevents the use of all or part of this website does not preclude the holding of the meeting for which the notice was posted if the Laveen Fire District complies with all other public notice requirements for ARS 38-431.02.

Legal Advertisements:

Legal advertisements required by Statute are published by the Laveen Fire District in the Arizona Business Gazette.

Physical and electronic postings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the public meeting.
